Professor Landers graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1993. She began her law career as a law clerk for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger, a U.S. District Court judge in the Eastern District of California. After her clerkship, she began practice at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she became a partner in 2001. Professor Landers has extensive experience litigating complex patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters, as well as business torts in complex and high stakes cases for high technology and Fortune 100 clients. Professor Landers’ scholarly interests focus on intellectual property matters, particularly patent law.
