Employer Services

Our Career Development Office (CDO) serves as a bridge between Pacific McGeorge and the legal community by providing students and alumni with tools and resources for lifelong professional development. The CDO will help you find the ideal candidate for your law clerk, entry-level, or experienced attorney position.

Recruiting at Pacific McGeorge — Post a Job

  • Advertise an immediate opening using McGeorgeCareersOnline, our career services management system. The CDO will publicize your job listing to our students and alumni, and requested application materials will be sent directly to you for review.
  • If you're not registered with McGeorgeCareersOnline, use our job posting intake form.

Participate in our On Campus Interview Program

Our Fall On-Campus Interview (OCI) program is free of charge and allows employers the opportunity to pre-screen all applicants. We facilitate scheduling and provide private interview rooms, parking, and an on-site hosted lunch.

If you are unable to come to campus to interview our students but would like to collect student application materials in a central electronic location, consider our resume collect option. You will have online access to student documents and can schedule student interviews at your office, at your convenience. We also offer video teleconferencing for virtual "face-to-face" interviewing.
