Bio

A Sacramento native, Chris's eyes were opened to how globalized our world is when he studied abroad in Italy during college. Since his study abroad experience, Chris has returned to Italy and voyaged to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and Mexico. "Through my travels, I realized how truly interconnected we are all in an increasingly globalized world."

The experience inspired him to study international law at McGeorge.

Chris decided to attend McGeorge because of its glowing reputation in Sacramento and top-rated international law program. "The best part about McGeorge has been the wide array of opportunities and exposure to new ideas that McGeorge has to offer. I have gained an appreciation for different areas and topics of law that I never thought of before. One of the most unique classes I have taken centered on space law which is still a young and developing field of law. Not only does McGeorge offer great courses, but there is a number of great events and speakers that McGeorge hosts."

Since attending McGeorge, he has worked in Italy researching international extradition, and has worked locally at the California Department of Human Resources. Fully engaged with the campus, Chris is on McGeorge's Moot Court team, works in McGeorge's Immigration Clinic and is on the editorial staff of McGeorge's law review. He also serves on the board for McGeorge's International Law Society, Wine Law Society and Yoga Club.

Upon graduation, Chris hopes to work in a private firm focused on business law and hopes to handle cases centering around international business transactions or employment-based immigration law.
