Executive Training on Health Law: Healthcare Compliance and the Future of Healthcare Reform
This executive training will focus on the essential elements of an effective compliance program in a healthcare setting. Topics will include the development and implementation of policies and procedures, risk assessments, monitoring, and auditing. Participants will also be introduced to compliance risk issues that can result in fines and penalties, such as illegal contracts, improper investments and reimbursement arrangements, and conflicts of interest.
