One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Cancer patients face a variety of legal problems related to their illness, including quality of care concerns, insurance coverage issues, and employment-related issues. This seminar was primarily designed to empower and educate attorneys, but may also have benefitted providers and community leaders, to be effective legal advocates for breast cancer patients, their families and those who care for them.
This program is approved for MCLE credit by The State Bar of California for 3.5 hours. Pacific McGeorge School of Law certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved educational activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of The State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.
