New Books in Global Issues Series

The innovative "Global Issues" series of casebook supplements developed by the Global Center and published by West continues to grow.

Reflecting the philosophy that all law students need exposure to international, transnational and comparative law, the Global Issues books enable professors to introduce international and comparative law materials into numerous law school courses. Last year, two new books joined the series: Series editor Franklin Gevurtz combined with Marc Steinberg and Eric Chaffee to author Global Issues in Securities Law; and Raquel Aldana joined with Won Kidane, Beth Lyon and Karla M. McKanders to author Global Issues in Immigration Law.

Few areas have seen more pronounced impact from globalization than financial markets and human migration, making these books welcome additions to this series.
