Jeonghyung Lee

Jeonghyung Lee

Jeonghyung Lee is currently a judge at the Anyang District of Court in Korea. After passing the bar exam in 1999, Judge Lee completed a two-year practice program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He has been serving as a military, civil, criminal and family judge since 2002.  

Judge Lee also serves on a local election administration committee. He has published several legal articles and practical reference books in Korea. In 2008, Judge Lee visited the U.S. as the legal academic member of a Korea court delegation. His research at Pacific McGeorge during the 2014-2015 academic year will be focused on Advanced Dispute Resolution (ADR) systems.

Zheng Wanqing is a full professor and the Director of the Institute of Intellectual Property Law at Zhejiang GongShang University School of Law in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province in eastern China. His current research focuses on Chinese Intellectual Property (IP) Law. Professor Zheng has a strong interest in the globalization of intellectual property law and legal reform of China. His tentative research topic at Pacific McGeorge during the 2013-2014 academic year is "The Globalization of Intellectual Property Law and Its Impacts on China," and he plans to compare relevant laws and policies between America and China to validate his research.  

Professor Zheng's recent scholarship includes, "Study on the Protection and Exploitation of Zhejiang Local Cultural resource: From the perspective of Intellectual Property management." (with Niu Qiang), (Law Press, 2012. China); "Research on Strategies for Zhejiang Enterprises Coping with Section 337 of the US Tariff Act." (Xinhua Publishing House, 2010,China); and "The 'Author' and the 'Creation' in Traditional Chinese Literature." (China Publishing Journal, NO.12, 2010).
