Requirements & Curriculum
The variety and richness of the curriculum at Pacific McGeorge — core requirements, electives, and clinics — give you an opportunity to sample many areas of law and infuse you with critical lawyering skills.
The core curriculum's rigor will prepare you to take the bar exam and for the writing and research that will be required in your future legal practice. Elective courses allow you to explore specialized areas, and you may choose to add a concentration or certificate to your J.D. program to thoroughly explore a practice area and gain expertise. The campus Legal Clinics are where you will work with actual clients solving real problems, while you are closely supervised by a practicing faculty attorney.
