February 2008 Ballot Review Now Available

The February 2008 California Initiative Review, a non-partisan examination of presidential primary ballot measures, is available now.
The easy-to read-publication, published by Pacific McGeorge students, provides legal analysis of four propositions. There are also three bonus reports on campaign issues that affect state voters. Professor Mary-Beth Moylan and student editors Tina Poley, Matthew Christy and Christopher Chaffee directed the report.
