Hertoghe Replaces Main

Marlene Hertoghe, a 1991 graduate, has been named to replace retiring Sacramento County Juvenile Court Referee Norman Main, a 1974 alumnus. Hertoghe is the supervising attorney for the Sacramento Child Advocates, a nonprofit firm that represents children in foster care. She will hear dependency case involving children who allegedly have been abused or neglected by their caretakers. Main spent 30 years on the bench, specializing in juvenile delinquency cases.
