The McGeorge School of Law University of the Pacific Law Review's Volume 48, Issue 3 has been published. This issue, also known as "Greensheets," covers legislation that came into effect in 2016.

This issue of Greensheets contains 11 different laws that cover topics from animal rights to foreclosures; from cyberbullying to human trafficking, and more. Each article provides background on the specific area of law and in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of the new law. The issue is available online and printed copies are available in the Student Center and Legal Studies Center.

Jessica Stein Gosney, '17, served as Chief Legislation Editor. Brian Russ, '17, who served as Chief Legislation Editor, and Virginia L. Martucci, '17, who served as Chief Technical Editor, both wrote the Introductory Notes. Alumnus Chris Micheli, '92, and eighteen student authors wrote on the following topics and legislation.

The McGeorge Capital Center for Law & Policy is hosting an "Under the Dome Award Celebration" on June 7, 2017, where Volume 48 of the annual Greensheets edition will be celebrated. Also at the event, the Capital Center Distinguished Contribution Award will honor alumni who have served in California's Office of Legislative Counsel.
