A recognized international authority on the subject, he just finished a related study for the National Foreign Trade Council in Washington, D.C. Dr. Malloy has written on the subject of international economic sanctions -- including successive books for Little, Brown & Co. (now Aspen) and Kluwer Law International -- for a quarter century. The director of the Pacific McGeorge Center for Global Business and Development, he is also a prolific scholar on international banking.
