The 2005 Cumulative Supplement No. 1 to Professor Michael Malloy’s three-volume treatise, Banking Law and Regulation, was published by Aspen in mid-January.

The 300- plus pages of the supplement cover all significant developments in bank regulatory law through June 2004. In addition, Aspen has simultaneously issued a new, third printing of the treatise, which incorporates the latest supplement. Professor Malloy’s article, “Financial Services Regulation after NAFTA,” appears as a chapter in Kevin C. Kennedy (ed.), The First Decade of NAFTA: The Future of Free Trade in North America 231-251 (Transnational Publishers, Inc.: 2004). The article was the basis for his presentation at the NAFTA conference held at Michigan State University College of Law in October 2003.
