Summer Program in Guatemala Registration
We welcome law students and law graduates from all around the world to participate in the Inter-American Summer Program in Guatemala. Students and graduates of ABA or state accredited U.S. law schools or fully-accredited foreign law schools, who have completed a minimum of one year of full or part time study, and have the requisite proficiency in Spanish and English, are eligible for admission.
Application Deadline is March 1, 2015
To apply for the Inter-American Summer Program, please:
- Submit the online application below. If you are applying for the optional bilingual field placement, please be sure to attach a resume in Spanish and the requested Spanish language essay.
- Take a brief quiz (pdf) or (doc) to attach to your registration to help us know your level of Spanish proficiency. Professors Julie Davies, Luis Mogollon, or José Roberto (Beto) Juárez Jr. will contact you after you complete your application and quiz to follow-up with course selection advice.
- Submit a $250 tuition deposit. Once you have been admitted into the program, please submit your tuition deposit to secure a placement in the program. Your application is not considered complete until the deposit is received. Students from the University of Denver do not pay their deposit through Pacific McGeorge. University of Denver applicants should follow University of Denver procedures to complete the application and registration process. Note: The deposit is non-refundable.
