President DeRosa To Retire

University of the Pacific President Donald V. DeRosa announced that he will retire at the end of the next fiscal year, June 30, 2009, at the end of his fourteenth year as leader of California’s oldest chartered institution. The University has enjoyed dramatic success under his guidance with a rising national reputation for quality in its undergraduate and graduate programs. DeRosa’s announcement came at a quarterly meeting of the University Board of Regents in Sacramento.
